Filters Fast of Florida Merv 8 High Capacity filters effectively remove 85% of airborne particles.  Our Merv 8 High capacity filter eliminates allergens such as dust, pollen, mold spores, and pet dander and the advanced pleat technology provides less air flow resistance, with higher efficiency.

These Merv 8 high capacity pleated filters are offered in ASHRAE 52.1 and 52.2 (MERV) ratings and are built to withstand rigorous conditions. 

The high capacity design contains more pleats per foot resulting in a longer filter life.

Available in are available in many standard sizes so you are sure to find what you are looking for.  We also custom make any size to 1 1/8 of an inch.  Merv 8 high capacity pleated filters are available in 1", 2" and 4" depth. 

The electrostatically charged 100% synthetic graduated density media is continuously bonded to a 30 gauge galvanized, corrosion resistant, expanded metal support grid with an effective open area of 96%. 

The media is resistant to a wide range of chemicals, does not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth.  The controlled pleat spacing maximizes surface area and dust holding capacity and is bonded to the enclosure frame to prevent dust bypass. 

The enclosure frame is constructed of high wet strength moisture resistant beverage board.  The diagonal support members of the frame are bonded to the entering and exiting apexes of each pleat to prevent pleat collapse and filter bowing.
